Letters transport

The articles sent in letters are:

Iron-on labels, stick-on labels, stickers, and label packs

Letters are delivered within 1 to 5 working days after processing your order (within 24/48 hours) and when your payment has been received.

(Excluding holiday periods and sales)

The default shipping mode is the standard letter (directly delivered  to your mailbox).

We also offer letter delivery with online tracking (directly delivered  to your mailbox).

For followed letter mailings we will provide you, after sending it, with a tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your letter online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

Packages transport

Packaged items are:

Lunch boxes, Bags, Bottles, Pillows, Mugs, Identification wristbands, Accessories...

Packages are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after your order has been processed (24/48 hours) and your payment has been received.

The shipping method is Royal Mail tracking, we will provide you, after sending it, a tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend you to group your purchases into a single order.

We cannot group two separate orders, you will therefore have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Particular care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
